Job Description
JewelsHire a distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery industry recruitment extends its invitation for a position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Kalbadevi Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
Tnsure timely and highquality order completion.
Develop implement and maintain SOPs for all stages of production ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Create and monitor timelines for jewellery orders proactively addressing any delays or bottlenecks.
Collaborate with the design procurement and quality teams to align production schedules with order requirements.
Track inventory and materials required for production ensuring availability to avoid delays.
Maintain clear communication with karigars to address any challenges and optimize work patterns.
Generate periodic reports on production progress efficiency and order status.
Requirements
- Graduation
- Experience Required 5 years
- Good communication skills English and Hindi
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong understanding of jewellery production processes and artisan management
- Proven experience in creating and managing SOPs and production timelines.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team coordination.
