Job Description

As a Healthcare Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives driving the sales strategy and ensuring the successful promotion of our healthcare products and solutions. This role will require you to engage with key decisionmakers in hospitals clinics and healthcare organizations while building strong relationships with medical professionals and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead coach and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets within the healthcare sector.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market share increase revenue and expand the customer base in alignment with company objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and develop action plans to capture those opportunities.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain longterm relationships with key clients healthcare professionals hospital administrators and other stakeholders to foster customer loyalty and retention.
  • Product Promotion: Promote and position the company s healthcare products to potential clients ensuring they understand the value benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Sales Performance Management: Set and track sales targets for the team regularly reviewing performance providing coaching and implementing strategies to achieve goals.
  • Training & Development: Provide training ongoing development and product knowledge support to the sales team to enhance their ability to effectively sell and represent our products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing product development and regulatory teams to ensure that product launches marketing campaigns and promotional strategies are aligned and successful.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare regular sales reports forecasts and performance analyses for senior management outlining sales achievements market developments and potential areas for improvement.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with industry regulations company policies and ethical standards.


Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Healthcare Life Sciences or a related field. (MBA or healthcarespecific qualifications are a plus).
  • Proven experience (5 years) in healthcare sales with at least X years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry including medical products pharmaceuticals healthcare services and regulations.
