Job Summary

Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the companys goals and objectives
- Oversee employee relations including conflict resolution disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to employees
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR databases
- Collaborate with management to identify and address HRrelated issues and opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR processes and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a multinational company
- Strong knowledge of Indonesia labor laws and regulations
- Experience handling Visa applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in HR employee relations and performance management
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
- Fluent in English & Mandarin in order to work with regional stakeholders including China.
