Job Description

Our client is a rapidly growing platform transforming crossborder and local services by connecting people with efficient solutions. As Marketing Manager you will drive marketing strategy execute impactful campaigns and optimize performance to fuel growth. This role offers the opportunity to shape marketing direction collaborate with crossfunctional teams and lead digital and offline initiatives in a fastpaced environment.

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development & Execution:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
  • Lead multichannel campaigns from concept to execution ensuring brand consistency budget adherence and timely delivery.
  • Identify growth opportunities refine market positioning and maintain brand voice across touchpoints.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team fostering collaboration and highperformance.
  • Work with internal teams (sales product operations) to align marketing initiatives with company goals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and branding across departments.

Campaign Management & Optimization:

  • Manage digital campaigns (social media email SEO ads) and offline events (trade shows conferences).
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to drive engagement and ROI.
  • Use data insights to refine targeting and tactics.

Content Strategy & Creation:

  • Oversee content creation (blogs whitepapers social media videos) to boost brand awareness and engagement.
  • Ensure alignment with brand standards and collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful content.

Market Research & Insights:

  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends customer needs and competitors.
  • Use insights to develop targeted campaigns and refine marketing strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track key performance metrics and present actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Continuously adjust strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and meet KPIs.

Budget Management & Resource Allocation:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget optimizing resources for maximum ROI.

Event Planning & Coordination:

  • Plan and execute offline events (conferences seminars) to enhance visibility and engage target audiences.
  • Manage logistics and evaluate event performance.

CrossDepartmental Support:

  • Support product launches and promotions with marketing materials and strategies for maximum exposure.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for all marketingrelated activities across departments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role ideally in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles digital channels and analytics.
  • Expertise in campaign management brand strategy content creation and crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Experience in team management budgets and resources efficiently.
  • Excellent communication project management and leadership skills.
  • Datadriven with strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Creative with the ability to innovate and develop new marketing strategies.
