Position: Sales Executive

Job Overview:
The ideal Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the logistics sector excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the logistics market including freight forwarding warehousing and supply chain solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries ensuring prompt and professional responses.
Sales Strategy Implementation:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate contracts pricing and service agreements with clients.
- Close sales deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Work closely with operations customer service and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales preferably in the logistics supply chain or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong knowledge of logistics services including transportation warehousing and customs clearance.
- Excellent communication negotiation skills and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing sales reports
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams to achieve operational efficiency
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Honest dynamic and resultsdriven personalities
- Fluency in Chinese is required
- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
Working Hours:
- Mon Fri: 8:30 am 5:30 pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Saturday: 8:30 am 12:00 pm
