Job Description

White Raven Resourcing Ltd are acting as an employment agency in relation to permanent recruitment services.

Our client a leading NorthWest law firm are seeking a Legal Cashier to join their busy Finance department.

Reporting into the Head of Finance the ideal candidate will have at least a years experience within a similar role being up to date with the Solicitors Accounts Rules.

Requirements

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

Daily Bank Reconciliat
ions
CHAPS/Faster payment requests
Liaising with fee earners and secretaries to assist with queries
Purchase ledger/invoicing
Accurate data input of all client/office credit/debit balances.
Processing and checking daily cheque runs
Processing daily bills and card payments
Petty cash
Month End Reports


Benefits

Salary circa 30000 per annum.
25 days annual leave statuary bank holidays.
Free Town Centre parking.
