The Job Includes:
Attending to all internal and external customer inquiries through telephone and emails in adherence to set policies and standards
Communicating and coordinating with internal departments and customers regarding flight plans and deviations
Coordinating with resorts regarding overnights for flight crew
Requirements
Minimum GCE A/L or equivalent
Excellent communication skills in English
Sound customer service orientation
Experience in MS office software
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position will be an added advantage
