Bilingual Insurance Administrative Assistant Remote
Our client in the insurance industry is seeking a driven and detailoriented professional to join their disability team. Responsibilities:
Review and process highvolume data entry on noncomplex STD claims.
Analyze incoming STD claim applications against established criteria and follow up on outstanding information.
Apply contractual provisions to set up STD claims using webbased software.
Maintain strong relationships with plan members sponsors healthcare providers and internal partners.
Prioritize and manage competing demands under tight deadlines.
Communicate effectively through written correspondence and telephone interactions.
What you will need to succeed:
Diploma or certificate in a related field is an asset.
Impeccable time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
Experience in customer service or data entry.
Bilingual in English and French to support clients in both languages.
Exceptional attention to detail especially with numbers spelling and grammar.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including email and formal correspondence.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Flexible and capable of managing high workloads and conflicting deadlines.
