Our client a globally trusted and highly esteemed techenabled service partner for governments and citizens is seeking an experienced and dynamic Country Manager fluent in Italian to lead the operations in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the organizations strategic objectives managing multioffice operations fostering client relationships and generating revenue growth. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the visa/immigration industry or a similar sector possessing strong business acumen leadership skills and the ability to engage with embassies effectively and government entities.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the organizations vision strategies and business plans to achieve profit and growth targets.
- Lead the expansion of the business scope and identify new avenues for business development and revenue generation.
- Align financial and operational processes with company standards and group norms.
Operations Management:
- Oversee daily business operations across six offices in Pakistan (Islamabad Karachi Lahore Quetta Multan and Faisalabad).
- Ensure an efficient balance between transactional operations and valueadded services.
- Drive continuous improvement in productivity cost management and customer service.
- Manage a team of approximately 70 staff members ensuring high standards of performance coaching and development.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with embassies government entities and other key stakeholders.
- Represent the company diplomatically and professionally in all engagements.
- Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and address client needs proactively.
Revenue Growth & Business Development:
- Drive revenue growth through innovative ValueAdded Services (VAS) and ensure continuous monthovermonth increases.
- Analyze sales figures forecast future volumes and implement strategies to maximize profits.
- Collaborate with the ValueAdded Services team to create new revenue channels.
Risk & Compliance Management:
- Identify and manage risks related to operations finance compliance and strategy.
- Ensure adherence to all local regulations and corporate standards.
Communication & Reporting:
- Provide updates on business performance new initiatives and critical issues to the regional and global leadership teams.
- Maintain clear communication channels between internal teams clients and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Industry Experience:
- Extensive experience in the visa/immigration industry (e.g. Almaviva TLS or similar organizations).
- Candidates with strong relevant experience outside the visa/immigration industry will also be considered.
Client & Stakeholder Management:
- Strong expertise in managing client relationships particularly with embassies or government bodies.
- Proven ability to engage diplomatically and professionally in highstakes environments.
Operations & Team Management:
- Demonstrated experience managing multioffice operations and large teams.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities with a track record of coaching staff to achieve high performance.
Revenue & Business Development:
- Proven ability to generate revenue and grow ValueAdded Services (VAS).
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills with a focus on business growth.
Communication Skills:
- Exceptional communication skills in both English and Italian enabling effective interactions with embassy officials internal teams and clients.
