Our client is an international leading commercial real estate investment company with retail assets in the most active markets of the CEE region.The company is looking for a young professional to join its marketing team which covers toppositioned shopping centers in Budapest Hungary.
The role will support marketing initiatives maintain vendor and tenant relationships update marketing materials and contribute to the success of the team.
Shopping Center Marketing Assistant

Main Responsibilities (but not restricted to):
- Supporting all programs campaigns and events according to the commercial calendar under the direction of the Marketing Manager promoting the shopping center s image and increasing visitor engagement.
- Managing monthly expenses including preparing purchase orders completion certificates and accruals and assisting with PM reporting.
- Updating and maintaining databases (contacts footfall key performance data) and coordinating processes related to new tenant openings.
- Maintaining communication with tenants and vendors keeping them informed of marketing activities events promotions and advertising opportunities.
- Assisting in longterm strategic planning by collecting competitor information and ideating multichannel campaigns (print online social media events).
- Ensuring smooth communication and document flow between shopping centers headquarters and external partners including external agencies and media partners.
- Coordinating onsite service providers (hostesses maintenance security cleaning teams) during events and ensuring proper supplier selection for campaigns by evaluating service quality and pricing.
- Monitoring event effectiveness by analyzing footfall data social media metrics and postcampaign performance.
- Preparing newsletters and marketing materials including content creation and briefing designers.
- Assisting in creating and supervising social media content presentations and evaluations in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
- Ensuring tenant involvement in various marketing programs including loyalty and promotional initiatives and managing related communication and documentation.
- Handling miscellaneous administrative duties including taking meeting minutes and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
- Good understanding of social media and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customeroriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Flexible proactive and able to work independently.
- A team player with a handson approach and a cando attitude.
- Ability and willingness to learn new systems processes and procedures.
- Fluency in Hungarian and English both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online applications.
