Content Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Manager to craft engaging impactful and resultsdriven content throughout the customer journey for LiveJasmin one of our flagship products.LiveJasmin is the #1 premium awardwinning adult live streaming platform and one of the worlds most visited websites. It redefines adult entertainment with a luxurious experience that blurs the line between digital relationships and realworld connections.

• Content Strategy & Creation:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy across the marketing funnel in alignment with the marketing goals and product objectives and focusing on both members and models as target audiences.
  • Create content assets from concept to delivery write and edit highquality content for all stages of the marketing funnel from awareness to retention and even advocacy.
  • Build compelling and onbrand content both for static and video assets for a variety of channels including but not limited to PR email marketing/marketing automation onplatform paid media social media blogs & SEO events offline promotions etc. Clearly brief the design and video teams on the visual requirements and work closely with them to bring the assets to their final format.
  • Adapt content messaging and formats to different channels and audience segments to maximizeawareness engagement conversions retention upsell/crosssell opportunities and business results overall.
  • Ensure all content adheres to LiveJasmins tone voice and messaging guidelines maintaining consistency across channels. Act as a steward of the brand ensuring all communications enhance LiveJasmins image and premium positioning.
  • Stay updated on industry trends audience preferences and emerging content formats to ensure relevance and innovation.
     
• Campaign Development:
  • Work closely with the Product Marketing Manager entire PR & Marketing team as well as crossfunctional teams to conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Partner with the Product Marketing Manager to deeply understand the product its features developments and user benefits ensuring the content clearly reflects its value proposition.
    
• Reporting & Optimization
  • Analyze content performance metrics and use the insights to refine content strategy and improve ROI.
  • Test and refine content formats based on performance data and user feedback.
  • Create regular and campaignspecific reports to present key insights and recommendations to the Product Marketing Manager or other relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience (5 years) in a similar role; knowledge of the adult industry is a plus.
• Native or proficient in English any other additional languages are a plus.
• Experience creating content for diverse channels including PR email marketing/marketing automation onplatform paid media social media blogs & SEO events offline promotions etc.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills attention to detail with a strong grasp of grammar style and storytelling.
• Strong understanding of overall marketing principles and content performance metrics; ability to create content that drives engagement and achieves measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with relevant tools for content creation management insights performance as well as marketing automation (examples such as but not limited to: AI platforms CMS Google Analytics Semrush Figma etc.)
• Creative innovative proactive resultsoriented and growth mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fastpaced complex collaborative environment with diverse teams.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing Communications Journalism or a related field is a plus. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
