JOB SUMMARY
We are eagerly seeking a motivated and resilient Home Buying Specialist to join our
team! This is a fulltime longterm position with limitless opportunities. In this role you
will assist homeowners in selling their properties quickly by providing customized
solutions and negotiating winwin deals with prequalified leads. Immerse yourself in the
dynamic world of real estate investments grow your expertise and make a meaningful
impact while uncovering exciting opportunities in the local market.
The ideal candidate is curious driven and eager to build strong connections within the
community. If you have a proven track record of success and a passion for the real
estate industry wed love to hear from youprior real estate experience is not
necessary!

Location: This is a fulltime position based in the greater Colorado Springs area.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide tailored solutions to homeowners by addressing their unique needs and
    helping them sell their properties quickly often for cash
  • Meet with prequalified leads facetoface negotiating real estate deals that
    benefit both clients and the business
  • Build and strengthen relationships within the Colorado Springs community by
    networking with investors real estate agents and neighbors to uncover new
    opportunities
  • Identify profitable real estate investment opportunities and structure deals to
    maximize returns
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the process ensuring
    their needs are met and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies that contribute to
    overall success
  • Stay informed on local real estate market trends and regulations to offer accurate
    advice and stay competitive
  • Maintain a professional work style that balances confidence and directness with
    empathy for homeowners unique situations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 years of experience in Sales (Real Estate experience not required!)
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting or exceeding revenue
    targets
  • Comfortable going into homes and negotiating with homeowners
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to establish trust and
    build lasting client relationships
  • Curious and eager to embrace new learning opportunities including our sales
    training process
  • Resilient with the ability to bounce back from challenges and maintain a positive
    attitude
  • Selfmotivated and independent capable of managing your own schedule
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM tools to manage leads and track
    progress
  • Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
  • Must live within commuting distance of the Colorado Springs area
