The Role
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customerfocused Live Chat Email & Social Media Advisor to join our contact center in Hinckley Leicestershire. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through multiple channels including live chat email and social media. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for answering their questions and issues.
