We are a land development and real estate company based in West Chester Ohio. The company specializes in commercial institutional and industrial projects with a strong focus on quality construction and personalized client service.
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Supervisor/Superintendent in West Chester OH. The Project Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing construction projects implementing quality control measures ensuring construction safety standards and managing project budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily coordination of the entire construction project.
- Manage the project schedule and the safety of the project.
- Work closely with the Project Manager.
- Assist the Project Manager with developing and updating the project master schedule.
- Supervise workforce on site.
- Oversee all trade subcontractors.
- Exhibit strong communication and technical skills.
- Conduct weekly project meetings on site and present updated schedules at these meetings.
- Provide daily work reports and photographs using Procore.
- Coordinate and document all project inspections.
- Complete the project closeout and punch list.
Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Construction knowledge
- Experience in Quality Control and Construction Safety practices
- Drivers license in good standing.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of relevant construction regulations and codes
- Minimum 5 years experience as a commercial construction Superintendent.
- High School or GED Diploma.
- OSHA 10 hour certificate (or the willingness to obtain it)
