Job Description
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience:
- 7years of handson experience in ServiceNow development particularly in GRC modules.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations APIs and data migration.
- Familiarity with ITSM ITOM or other ServiceNow modules is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture scripting (JavaScript Glide) and development tools.
- Expertise in configuring GRCrelated modules (e.g. Policy and Compliance Risk Management).
- Experience with workflows UI policies ACLs and business rules.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as ISO GDPR NIST or SOX.
