Job Description
Candidate must be in the local area and able to come onsite for an inperson interview.
Client is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team for an onsite contract position within the Des Moines IA area. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in a program upgrade project leveraging their expertise in embedded development and microcontroller/microprocessor technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and test embedded software solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
- Implement and optimize code in C and Python for embedded systems.
- Integrate and interface with various microcontrollers and microprocessors.
- Conduct debugging and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
- Document software design and development processes.
MustHave Requirements:
- Proficiency in C and Python programming languages.
- Extensive experience in embedded development.
- Handson experience with microcontrollers and microprocessors.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
NicetoHave Skills:
- Experience with C# and .NET framework.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA Jetson platform.
- Knowledge of CStreamer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful embedded development projects.
Ability to work onsite in the Des Moines IA area.
