Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Home Care Recruiter to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for attracting identifying and hiring qualified candidates to support our growing home care services. You will play a key role in building a robust talent pipeline by leveraging various recruitment strategies job boards and networking resources.
- Develop and post engaging job advertisements across multiple platforms to attract top talent.
- Review and evaluate resumes to identify candidates that align with job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Meet recruitment goals and deadlines while adhering to company policies.
- Proven experience in recruitment preferably within home care or healthcare industries.
- Strong background in sales and relationshipbuilding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job openings and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software job boards and social media platforms.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Competitive pay rate of $22 to $25 per hour.
