Job Description
Basis the feedback received from some of you we have reviewed and revised the requirement with skill breakup (Must have and Good to have skills).
Hope now we can close this requirement faster.
So now we need 3 Service now resources inline with the JD mentioned below.
Here are the other details
1. Preferred Location: First Preference to NCR else flexible for PAN India also
2. Work Mode: First Preference Hybrid (3 days WFO 2 days WFH) else flexible for WFH also but person have to do WFO in case of KT/ SDSK visit to India. Any travel and logistics cost in case of travel from remote location to SDSI office has to be managed by Vendor. Hybrid model is based on SDSIs current WFH policy selected resouce has to abide by the company policies if it changes.
3. Number of Positions: 3 (01 Middle 46 years exp. & 02 Senior I between 6 to 8yrs exp.)
4. Shift Timings: 8:30 AM 5:30 AM
5. Joining Date: Within 1 month
6. Budget: Flexible for right candidate
7. Grade/Experience Level: Middle & Senior I
8. BOT: Yes (After 06 to 09 months resource may be converted to On Roll based upon the performance)
9. Contract Duration: Renewable as per the contract
Job Description:
Must Have:
- Develop frontend and ServiceNow
- Have proficiency in using development and management tools in ServiceNow such as ATF Test Management App Engine UI Builder and etc.
- Agile development
- Develop test cases for each user story and test based on understanding of how to whole system work
- Make deliverables related to quality (unit test report integration test report and so on)
- Review code based on coding standard
- ServiceNow CSA certification
Good to Have:
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platforms and Mobility Service such as EMM(Enterprise Mobility Management) TEM(Telecom Expense Management) MDM (Mobile Device Management).
- ServiceNow CAD certification
