Responsibilities
Development and Customization: Design develop and implement custom applications and solutions on the ServiceNow platform including workflows business rules UI policies client scripts and UI actions.
Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other internal and external systems and applications using REST SOAP and other web services.
Configuration Management: Configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM ITOM HRSD and others to meet business requirements.
Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
User Support: Provide technical support and assistance to endusers and other stakeholders ensuring smooth operation of ServiceNow applications.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for ServiceNow configurations customizations and integrations.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts project managers and other team members to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system and integration testing to ensure quality and functionality of ServiceNow implementations.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of ServiceNow development practices.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow development including JavaScript GlideScript HTML CSS and AngularJS.
Integration Skills: Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems using REST SOAP and other web services.
ProblemSolving Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to interact professionally with endusers and team members.
Certifications: ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are highly desirable.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices such as Scrum or kanban
