Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Plant Model Development:
-
Develop highfidelity plant models of DCT components including engine transmission hydraulic system and control systems.
-
Use modeling tools like MATLAB/Simulink to create accurate representations of physical systems.
-
Calibrate and validate plant models using realworld data and experimental results.
-
Model Integration and Simulation:
-
Integrate plant models into the dSPACE HiL environment or potentially Speedgoat or Concurrent to create realistic simulations.
-
Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration between models and physical components.
-
Perform simulations to analyze system behavior under various operating conditions.
-
Model Optimization and Improvement:
-
Continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of plant models.
-
Identify and address model limitations and uncertainties.

Develop innovative modeling techniques to enhance simulation capabilities.
Required Skills and Experience:
-
Strong understanding of DCT systems and their dynamics.
-
Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and other modeling tools.
-
Knowledge of control system theory and system identification techniques.
-
Experience in developing and validating complex dynamic models.
-
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
