Job Description:
- Order Management Clear understanding of Quarterwise Booking and Revenue understanding and Road blocks by discussing with Manufacturing Unit Sales Team and Supply Chain Team.
- Coordination with supply chain team for smooth execution
- AERB Clearances(Atomic Energy Regulation Board)
- EUC approvals (End User Certification)
- Interdepartmental clearances.
- Project Execution documentation & drawing (AutoCAD) Optional
- Tender Preparation and submission online/ Offline Must have knowledge on Govt Bidding process and Tender submission Online offline and Through GEM
- Vendor Management for bought out items and Costing
- Offer preparations
- 3rd partys local accessories purchaseAssisting Supply Chain Team.
- LC and Payment Follow ups Should have idea on LC Terms .
- Legal Activities Internal Approval for Client Legal Team
- SFDC Management for Sales team CRM Handling
- Payment followups.
- Tender floatation / milestone monitoring for payments
- PIR preinstallation requisition COordination with Service team
- Installation Commissioning Coordination .
- Firsthand Grievance Handling for Servicerelated site issues.
