Responsibilities
Developing & Implementing Sales Strategies:
- Design & Plan effective sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Identify & Develop potential new markets and opportunities.
- Analyzing trends / data and Generate sales plans to increase Sales revenue.
Obtain Sales Target:
- Responsible to set Annual sales target to the team member.
- Periodically monitors the team performance to ensure they achieve their goals.
- Analyzing sales data providing regular feedback to the team and making necessary plan adjustments / areas of improvement.
- Identify trends and address any rising issues or areas for improvement.
- Manage and motivate the sales team by providing guidance and support conducting timely evaluations to enhance the teams selling skills.
