Job Description
Oversee and manage the entire production process for machined components ensuring all production targets timelines and quality standards are met.
Monitor and coordinate daily production schedules ensuring optimal machine utilization and minimizing downtime.

Implement and supervise production processes methods and standards to ensure efficient and costeffective machining of engineering components especially castings.
Provide handson leadership in CNC machining operations leveraging extensive technical knowledge to address challenges and optimize performance.
Ensure the smooth operation of CNC machines and troubleshoot issues related to machine calibration tooling and software.
Ensure the machining of engineering components adheres to specifications tolerances and quality standards set by the company and customers.
Lead and supervise a large workforce including operators technicians and support staff ensuring high levels of productivity and motivation.
Manage workforce planning scheduling and allocation to ensure optimum resource utilization across all shifts.
Train develop and mentor staff on best practices safety protocols machine operation and quality standards.
Foster a culture of teamwork continuous improvement and adherence to safety standards within the production team.
