Job Description
- We are seeking a talented and experienced Power BI Developer with expertise in Amazon QuickSight to join our dynamic team.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization reporting and analytics with the ability to transform complex data sets into clear and actionable insights.
- This role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver highquality dashboards and reports.
- Design develop and maintain interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Utilize Amazon QuickSight to create insightful visualizations and reports that meet business needs.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements analyze data and translate business objectives into technical specifications.
- Optimize and improve existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
- Conduct data modeling and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate data from various sources.
- Provide training and support to endusers on Power BI and QuickSight functionalities.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Science or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a strong portfolio of dashboards and reports.
- Proficiency in Amazon QuickSight including data preparation visualizations and report generation.
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization best practices.
- Experience with SQL and data querying techniques.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and tools.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with other BI tools (e.g. Tableau QlikView) is a plus.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and data integration tools.
