Job Title: ServiceNow Specialist (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules including Incident Problem Change Service Request and CMDB.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the performance stability and scalability of the ServiceNow platform.
- Create and maintain documentation including system architecture configuration and workflows.
- Provide ongoing support troubleshooting and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.
- Stay current with ServiceNow updates best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience working with ServiceNow including development configuration and administration.
- Strong understanding of ITSM ITOM and other ServiceNow modules.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations with other systems and tools.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
