Job Description
Job Title: Software QA Analyst(US Citizen Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze business and technical requirements to develop detailed test plans test cases and test scripts.
- Define the scope of testing and establish testing objectives.
- Identify key functionalities for testing based on system specifications.
- Perform functional regression integration system and user acceptance testing.
- Execute manual and automated test cases using tools such as Selenium JIRA or TestRail.
- Record and track software defects including reproducing isolating and documenting them in a tracking system.
- Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of highquality software.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies providing input for improving testing processes.
- Partner with business users for user acceptance testing and feedback.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases test results and defect logs.
- Provide clear and detailed reports on testing progress metrics and issues.
- Ensure test artifacts are wellorganized and accessible for future reference.
- Stay updated on industry trends tools and techniques in software testing.
- Propose and implement improvements to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.
- Experience in software quality assurance.
- Proficiency in using QA tools such as Selenium JIRA or HP ALM.
- Strong understanding of SDLC Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g. Python Java).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
- Experience testing enterpriselevel software applications or SaaS solutions.
- Knowledge of performance and security testing tools (e.g. LoadRunner OWASP).
- ISTQB or similar QA certification.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
