Job Description
Job Title: IT Specialist Expert (US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and manage the companys IT systems and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IT issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems protecting against unauthorized access and data breaches.
- Manage network configurations server setups and cloud services.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide solutions.
- Lead IT projects including upgrades migrations and deployments.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend improvements.
- Train and mentor junior IT staff.
- Develop and maintain IT policies procedures and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Experience in IT management or a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of network and systems administration.
- Expertise in cybersecurity and data protection.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (e.g. Python PowerShell).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CISSP CCNA MCSE) are a plus.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
