OCN certification is preferred.
Skills/Experience REQUIRED: Assessment (Height/Weight Interpretation of laboratory results Medication Reconciliation Pain Assessment Patient Health Questionnaire/History/Allergies Pulse Oximetry Vision Testing Vital Signs Blood Pressure respirations Temperature Pulse); Chest Pain; Hypertension; Altered Level of Consciousness Pharmacy Calls/Patient Refill Requests; Referrals; Follow Up Phone Calls; Medication Refills; Patient Teaching
Skills/Experience Preferred: Oncology; Phone Triage; Scheduling Patient Appointments - COVID19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required No Exemptions
