Job Description
- As a Client Instructor you will develop and deliver training primarily for dealership parts professionals with opportunities to support company personnel and customers.
- This role emphasizes aftermarket selling skills common parts needs for Client equipment and the professional skills essential for Client Ag and Turf dealership employees.
- Instructors will create update and deliver engaging content for students across the Client dealership network.
- Training formats include virtual courses ranging from four to eight hours and inperson classes spread over two days per week.
- Participants will include parts professionals and other aftermarket employees from Client dealerships throughout North America.
- Professional Communication Skills: Ability to create and deliver engaging content in simple terms using todays technological classroom tools.
- Agricultural Knowledge: Strong knowledge of agriculture equipment and/or precision technology.
- Organizational Skills: Capacity to manage meetings with subject matter experts meet delivery deadlines and understand a variety of products and systems.
- Bachelors degree in an Adult Education discipline or Agriculture (AgriBusiness Communication Ag Ed etc.) is ideal.
- A technical degree (e.g. JD TECH) is also acceptable.
