We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Supervisor to join our team in the MiamiFort Lauderdale area to oversee and coordinate construction activities onsite.
Role Description
The Field Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and coordinating construction projects onsite.
- Managing and supervising a team of field workers to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
- Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Reviewing and interpreting architectural plans to guide construction activities.
- Communicating project progress challenges and updates to management.
- Addressing and resolving onsite issues efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean organized and safe job site.
Qualifications

Experience:
- Prior experience in construction management or a related field.
- Experience in real estate development or construction is a plus.

Skills:
- Strong skills in construction management project oversight and team leadership.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural plans.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent organizational communication and problemsolving skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.

- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field preferred.
