Job Description
- Shift is day MF 6:30a5p (30min unpaid lunch)
- Providers need to be board certified unless they are within 5 years of residency and have their boards scheduled
- All ages: healthy peds mix of all demographics. Must be comfortable with peds
- EMR: Epic
- Average number of surgical cases per day: 80100
- Trauma Level 2
- 20 ORs
- Credentialing timeframe: 3060 days
- ***ATTACHED PD IS FOR GRAND RAPIDS BUT THIS NEED IS FOR MUSKEGON. INFORMATION IS THE SAME EXCEPT DATES/LOCATION.
- Hotel: BR00/night cap after taxes and fees.
- Preferred hotels: Muskegon/Grand Haven: Shoreline Inn Delta Hotel Holiday Inn Muskegon Holiday Inn Grand Haven.

Requirement description :
- BC or BE (w/in 5 yrs residency and boards scheduled) Required
- BLS ACLS PALS Required
- MI license or IMLC Required
- Must be able to start ASAP Required
- Local drive in providers Highly Preferred
- Clean back ground with no or minimal malpractice Required
- COVID vaccine Required note at time of name clear
