IT Project Coordinator(APPLICATIONS SIDE)
12 Months contract
Max Bill rate: BR0/hr.
HYBRID (3 days Tuesday Wednesday Thursday preferred)

TOP SKILLS:
Technical Project management (Traditional Hybrid)
Business applications exp (SAP Oracle and cloud (salesforce workday snowflake) Integrations technical upgrades and installations)
Medical industry / Validation knowledge desirable
PMP Agile certifications
Strong Communication
Minimum 10 years experience (nothing less)

Spotlight call notes:
Technical upgrade and onprem (data Center) or cloud upgrades releases. SAP and Oracle applications knowledge helpful.
SAP S4 and SAP Data Archiving products helpful
Local candidate
Experience on business applications
Strong project management experience (All stages)
Preferred to have PMP certification
Proven experience delivering multivendor projects successfully

Must Have:
Proven ability to drive multimillion dollar initiatives that impacts multiple crossfunctional organizations
Can effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously with little direction
Demonstrates strong program management skillset; capable of seeing cross functional impacts/initiatives from inception through implementation
Experience operating independently and administering both complex and integrated project plans to include both internal and external deliverables
Ability to draft and present executive level presentations
Ability to lead and guide both internal and external stakeholders to proactively mitigate risks issues decisions and action items
Lead requirement sessions and prioritization of requirements for current/future state processes based on both quantitative and qualitative outputs Ability to clearly document processes and create project workflows. Experience working crossfunctionally between teams to solve problems and implement solutions.
Can provide recommendations and usher decisions in an environment through ambiguity to achieve synchronicity within project team
Good standing of PMP Certification
Strong organizational skills to prioritize multiple highreaching priorities simultaneously

Demonstrates best practices Organizational change management
Understanding of medical device company requirements and GxP Processes
