Job Description
Job Title: Systems Analyst 3(US Citizens Only)
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications:
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document complex business processes and requirements to develop IT solutions.
- Design and implement system enhancements ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Conduct feasibility studies and impact analysis for proposed changes to systems.
- Develop detailed technical and functional specifications for development teams.
- Oversee the integration and testing of new systems ensuring compatibility and functionality.
- Provide technical guidance and support for endusers and other stakeholders.
- Ensure systems comply with organizational standards and security protocols.
- Lead system upgrade and migration projects coordinating with vendors and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in systems analysis design and implementation.
- Proficiency in gathering and analyzing business requirements.
- Experience with enterprise software systems such as ERP CRM or custom applications.
- Strong knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Experience in databases and query languages (e.g. SQL Oracle).
- Proficiency in using tools for process modeling workflow design and project management.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.
- Federal Experience is a plus.
- Required Security clearance.
