We are seeking talented Information Technology professionals to join the Waste Management team who are motivated to help us transform the way we design build and use technology. With your skills and experience we look for you to combine your technical expertise with industry best practices in an effort to align information technology solutions with Waste Management business strategy.
Critical Skills:
At least 5 years of experience in writing scalable C# code and developing windowsbased applications
Strong C# skills critical
Ability to write SQL queries and Stored procedures and RDBMS database concepts and experience on Oracle or MS SQL Server database
Experience in the following is desired for the candidates for the position:
Microsoft Visual Studio.Net 2017 SQL 2016 Tortoise (SVN) IIS 7.0
Understanding of serverless architecture
API development experience using AWS
Experience in AWS technologies such as S3 Lambda RDS API Gateway CloudWatch CloudFormation
ASP.Net 4.5/4.0/3.5/2.0 OOP
JavaScript
CSS3
Entity Framework 6/5/4
WCF Web Services Web API WPF XML
The best candidates will have some or all of the following:
Experience with controlling devices such as scanners printers and signature capture devices
Experience managing image files and image file formats
Strong knowledge of coding on .Net technologies and framework 3.5 and above.
