Job Description
Suterra is looking for an experienced B/F/S technician with a background in manufacturing to join our Operations team in Bend Oregon. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising leading and motivating operator teams. You will also bring excellent attention to detail and experience in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Train and supervise a 24person operating team.
- Work with other departments to (Quality Assurance Engineering Sourcing) to facilitate resolution of process & equipment concerns.
- Monitor production schedules. Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and coordinates Production resources and with other departments to meet production goals.
- Follow all departmental and company safety policies.
- Execute production processes checkin equipment and perform material movements.
- Operate all formulation sterile filling inspection and final packaging equipment of production line.
Qualifications :
- Prior experience demonstrating leadership coaching skills manufacturing expertise safety measures knowledge time management organizational skills and the ability to motivate teams.
- 3 years experience with aseptic production (B/F/S experience preferred).
- Ability to read and comprehend documents such as policies Standard Operating Procedures batch records and cleaning procedures.
- Must be able to work all shifts (1st 2nd or 3rd) required overtime as needed able to lift 45 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to use Microsoft suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) email etc.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
