Position Summary
The Epic Technical Analyst reporting to the Epic Release and Security Manager will support the change control processes and coordinate key environment activities including updates upgrades and build migration. This role will coordinate testing activities to migrate application build between environments in order to ensure integrated tests are successfully performed and communicate testing progress to project managers and leadership team.
The Epic Technical Analyst will also provide day to day support of users & security activities including enduser account provisioning in Epic attending to complex and/or escalated issues that arise and lead special projects as required.
