Job Description
Our distribution center in Longueuil is looking for an Office clerk.

The incumbent is responsible for all returns and warranties:
- Follow up with customers on product recalls issued by the corporate office.
- Perform the necessary research for all customer credit requests.
- Request authorization for returns from suppliers.
- Research all customer credit requests.
- Supplier return guarantee
Qualifications :
To join our team you need:
- 2 years experience in a similar position.
- Speed and accuracy in data entry.
- Bilinguism
