Location: London Hybrid
We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join us here at Gousto! This role will play a vital part in shaping the future of our Marketing strategies as we continue to grow. This role will be focussed on uncovering valuable insights about the impact of our campaigns with a particular emphasis on retention and resurrection activities that deepen our connection with customers. Your datadriven recommendations will help shape the Marketing roadmap and drive meaningful results.
In addition to analyzing trends and investigating anomalies to understand performance drivers youll lead and support a small team guiding them to deliver impactful insights. If youre ready to serve up datadriven solutions that make a real difference this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What youll do
- Deliver actionable insights to identify opportunities for customer growth and operational improvements.
- Define and prioritize key KPIs aligned with commercial objectives to guide decisionmaking.
- Empower the Marketing team to selfserve and adopt a datadriven approach through training and support.
- Collaborate with the Digital Product team and Product Analysts to align roadmaps and share knowledge effectively.
- Work closely with Finance Data Science and BI teams to develop Marketing insights and data products.
- Develop dashboards to scale insights and enable proactive performance monitoring.
- Provide tracking requirements to ensure the availability of rich accurate data for performance measurement and insights.
- Contribute to embedding bestinclass tools systems and processes across the Analytics team.
- Lead and manage a small team fostering their growth and development.
Who you are
- A proven expert in delivering accurate and impactful analysis driving commercial and marketing objectives forward.
- Experienced in partnering with Marketing teams to assess performance with A/B testing experience being a bonus.
- Skilled at communicating and collaborating in crossfunctional environments using data to guide and influence decisions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities excelling at engaging with diverse stakeholders including nontechnical colleagues.
- Confident working with complex datasets creating analytical solutions and uncovering actionable insights.
- Proficient in SQL with familiarity in Python and dbt as a bonus.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working with incomplete data to enable swift informed decisionmaking.
- Open to those stepping into management for the first time with prior management experience being an added advantage.
- A proactive problem solver consistently questioning assumptions and striving to improve processes.
- Thrives in fastpaced dynamic environments particularly within highgrowth businesses.
