Job Description
Job Overview: This role is ideal for a computer science graduate with a focus on data science who has a passion for leveraging data engineering machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) to transform and model data for business intelligence (BI) applications. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with generative AI and a solid understanding of its applications at the enterprise level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data transformation and modeling supporting the BI layer.
- Use ML and AI techniques within Snowflake to optimize data transformation processes ensuring highquality data for advanced analytics and reporting.
- Develop deploy and manage generative AI models such as large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) solutions and integrate them into enterprise environments.
- Leverage technologies like TensorFlow and Llama for building and scaling AI models that address business needs.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement AIdriven solutions that enhance BI capabilities.
- Work with Azure AI tools and services to build and deploy scalable AI solutions with experience in AWS AI models as a plus.
- Support and maintain existing data transformation and modeling processes continually optimizing for performance and accuracy.
Required Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science or a related field.
- 13 years of experience in data engineering data science or a related role.
- Strong programming skills in Python with practical knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow.
- Proficient in machine learning and AI with experience in NLP and working with LLMs.
- Familiarity with Snowflake and experience applying ML techniques within its environment.
- Experience with generative AI tools and techniques with a focus on LLMs and NLP applications in enterprise settings.
- Proficient with Azure AI with familiarity in AWS AI models as a goodtohave skill.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications :
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or GoodData.
- Familiarity with cloud environments especially Azure and AWS.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts ETL processes and data modeling for BI.
