Job Description
Principales Responsabilits:
Satisfaire les demandes de nos clients
Traiter des dossiers exports dans lintgralit des oprations selon les rgles du commerce et du transport international
Sintgrer la culture de notre entreprise
Communiquer auprs des clients du rseau et des transporteurs
Comprendre et respecter les procdures internes et externes
Qualifications :
- One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Thorough understanding of ocean shipment documentation process a plus
- Operations/Industry knowledge required.
- Effective interpersonal skills including proven abilities to listen comprehend effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
- Proactive strong organizational skills.
- Proven analytical skills
- Good computer skills (Excel Word).
- Fluent in English and French
