Responsible for interacting with Customers for Sales, Distribution, Merchandising, stock rotation cash collection and establish good relationship with Customer
Provides direct supervision to Truck Helpers / delivery assistants.
When required, Buddying with new recruits
Improvement of Share Of Shelf and excellence in marketing execution of activities
Responsible to achieve individual sales target (cash and credit), merchandising, market servicing and delivery.
Follow the journey plan to ensure the assigned customers are serviced.
Update the database of Trade Asset.
Deliver accurate and comprehensive competition activity report.
Reports on new store openings
Provide leave coverage when required
Executes new product introductions / promotions / projects within assigned territory
Operate efficiently allocating proper time for each Customer
Provides feedback to the next level on the distribution and customers issues.
Works towards achieving own set objectives to ensure that department short term and strategic goals are met.
Sales Generation
Prospecting: Identify potential customers through cold calls, emails, networking, and research. Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Presenting Products/Services: Effectively demonstrate or present the company’s products and services to prospective customers, highlighting their benefits and how they meet the customers’ needs.
Sales Pitch: Develop tailored sales pitches that resonate with each customer. Customize product/service offerings based on client needs, addressing pain points and solutions.
Negotiating and Closing Sales: Work with customers to negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions. Ensure that both parties agree on the final sale and close the deal.
Customer Relationship Management
Building Relationships: Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business, referrals, and continued sales growth.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries, handling complaints, and addressing any issues post-sale.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and look for opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.
Minimum a Diploma in sales, business or relevant
4 to 5 years sales experience in a similar capacity within FMCG / beverages / snacks industry is a must.
Medium Qatari Driving license is a must.
Bilingual is a plus.
Sales Reporting and Documentation
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual sales targets set by the company. Track and report on sales performance and progress toward goals.
CRM Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads, sales activities, and customer data. Maintain accurate records of interactions, transactions, and follow-ups.
Sales Forecasting: Provide insights into sales trends, market conditions, and customer feedback to help forecast future sales and identify areas for improvement.
Market Research
Competitor Analysis: Stay informed about competitors’ offerings and pricing strategies to identify competitive advantages and differentiate the company’s products/services.
Customer Insights: Collect feedback from customers to better understand their needs and preferences. Use this data to adjust sales strategies, marketing materials, and product offerings.
Product Knowledge: Continuously learn about the company’s products or services, including new features, updates, and benefits, to ensure accurate and effective sales presentations.
Collaboration with Internal Teams
Team Collaboration: Work with marketing, customer support, and other sales team members to share customer insights, identify sales opportunities, and develop strategies for improving sales performance.
Product Development Feedback: Share customer feedback and market trends with the product development team to help improve product offerings based on customer needs and preferences.
