We are looking for a Digital Analytics Consultant to join our dynamic Professional Services department and work with our customers to get the most value possible from our analytics solutions. This role would lead the business efforts directly with customers to get reporting set up generate value and insights from the platform and ultimately onboard business users. Many of the customers choosing to use Celebrus for analytics are migrating away from other platforms such as Google and Adobe so a strong understanding and background in web analytics is critical. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital marketing advanced analytics and storytelling.
Core Responsibilities
- Work with the business users at our customers to define business requirements for analytics and generate welldefined business requirement documents for reporting and analytics
- Work with the Celebrus technical project team to convert the business requirements into the technical design and validate the data from that design with the customer.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics and data science teams and the ability to engage with those teams to drive value from data.
- Analyse and interpret data to uncover customercentric analytics identifying trends actionable insights and business impact for customers
- Formulate customised roadmaps and strategic recommendations based on stakeholder business goals.
- Collaborate with Data & Insights and Consulting teams to develop enhance and standardise dashboards visualisations and performance reports to track and measure KPIs.
- Collaborate with clients on endtoend analyses of digital marketing campaigns analyse KPIs identifying opportunities to optimise performance.
What Were Looking For
- Digital Analytics Expertise: Strong and proven background in working with platforms such as Adobe Analytics Google Analytics Matomo and others with strong familiarity with the setup for these platforms.
- Storytelling Skills: Demonstrated ability to translate data into compelling narratives for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Business Acumen: Experienced in web and digital marketing analytics and the ability to turn a brands business requirements into reality.
- Data Expertise: Strong ability to analyse and interpret large datasets with proficiency in tools like SQL and Excel. Familiarity with Python R would be beneficial but not necessary
- ClientFacing Experience: Comfortable working with external clients understanding their needs and managing relationships.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Collaborative Mindset: Proven ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
- Security background checks will be performed
Qualifications
- Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics Adobe Analytics Matomo etc.
- Extensive experience in digital analytics as a consultant
