The Senior Vice President of Global Insights & Analytics will oversee the full range of insights and analytics relating to consumers clients brands and products across the Visa enterprise. The SVP will lead a team that will serve as the voice of the consumer within Visa identifying and gaining a deep understanding of changing consumer wants needs expectations and behaviors. In this role you will leverage customer data to create companywide buyin and action creating effective narratives from data to influence action across the organization. You will serve as a partner in innovation identifying new ways to enhance the customer experience as well as identifying emerging needs and behaviors in value exchange (or payments).
Given the importance of the Visa brand to our business the SVP Global Insights & Analytics leader has primary responsibility in leveraging data analytics and technology to understand how our brand creates and generates value for consumers clients and other key stakeholders to the company.
Essential Functions:
The SVP Global Insights & Analytics will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer of Visa with a dotted line into the Chief Product & Strategy Officer. This leader will work closely and in collaboration with the Marketing Leadership Team the Global Head of Corporate Strategy the Global Head of CMS and the Global Head of VAS.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
15 or more years relevant work experience with a bachelors degree or at least 12 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/ JD/MD) or a minimum of 10 years of work experience with a PhD.
Worldclass marketing and business leadership expertise across multiple geographies.
Strong project management experience leading crossfunctional teams achieving goals ontime and onbudget.
Demonstrated ability to define and successfully deliver complex projects with outstanding resultsfrom business case development through deployment.
Proficiency in dealing with large quantities of complex data and the ability to derive actionable insights from that data.
A background in statistical modeling data science user experience measurement marketing ROI measurement and/or consumer digital technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
18 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD PhD)
Recognized as a thought leader in the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) to improve the consumer experience.
Experience with AI/ML (Supervised and Unsupervised Learning) Digital Analytics/Precision Targeting CRM/Customer LTV MultiTouch Attribution and Mix Optimization Net Revenue Management IoT Analytics Ensemble Forecasting Models Digital Shopper Journeys Ecommerce Analytics and/or NLP.
Must have a passion for innovation and be unafraid to find and establish new frontiers of understanding and business development.
Superior written verbal and interpersonal skills.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $300K to $450K USD per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
