Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Training Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the development and implementation of comprehensive training programmes. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of trainers ensuring their activities are wellcoordinated and performance goals are met.
- Collaborate with the Head of QC & Training to align training initiatives with organizational strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements striving to exceed training execution standards.
- Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture that promotes teamwork professional development and continuous improvement.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for new Game Presenters and Shufflers as well as refresher courses to enhance employee performance.
- Act as a mentor and role model guiding staff on table game procedures and controls while upholding exceptional service standards.
- Apply effective coaching techniques to support staff development providing ongoing guidance to encourage professional growth.
- Continuously improve training materials and program structures to meet evolving organizational needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in English (C1 level) with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- At least 3 years of experience managing teams of 20 people demonstrating strong leadership and motivational abilities.
- A natural leader who can inspire and guide teams toward achieving organizational goals.
- Assertive and proactive capable of independently managing projects or working collaboratively to ensure successful outcomes.
- Strong strategic planning skills with the ability to set and implement longterm objectives in line with company priorities.
- Confident decisionmaker and problemsolver particularly in complex scenarios.
- Balanced approach between being processdriven and peopleoriented committed to following best practices while advocating for improvements.
- Proven ability to create a positive work environment and support team member development.
- Experience in developing and delivering training programs is advantageous.
- Comfortable working with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve team and organizational performance.
- Previous experience managing a training department or familiarity with the gaming industry is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for task management and documentation.
