Job Description
Job Type: Fulltime contractor REMOTE
We are a dynamic and growing business seeking a skilled and experienced Automation Specialist to streamline our processes and increase efficiency. The ideal candidate will have expertise in leveraging tools such as Zapier APIs Webhooks scripting languages and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to automate tasks and workflows.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized dependable and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. This is a remote position and the candidate must be available during EST business hours (8 am to 6 pm).

Our client is consultancy agency specializing in process automation and software integration solutions for accounting firms and financial service providers helping them buy back their time using tailored automation solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our team to implement and maintain automation solutions for ourselves and clients.
- Design develop and implement automated solutions using Zapier APIs Webhooks scripting (e.g. Python JavaScript) and RPA tools.
- Integrate different software systems and platforms to enable seamless data flow and process automation.
- Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions to optimize workflow.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on automation best practices to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Monitor and maintain automated processes troubleshoot issues and implement improvements as needed.
- Document automation workflows configurations and procedures for reference and training purposes.
Requirements
- Problem solver mindset with the ability to independently propose solutions rather than identify issues.
- Proven experience in automating processes using Zapier APIs Webhooks scripting languages and RPA tools.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial services processes and systems is preferred but not essential.
- Experience working with or for businesses within the accounting or financial services industry is preferred but not essential.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python JavaScript or similar.
- Familiarity with RPA platforms (e.g. UiPath Automation Anywhere) and workflow automation tools.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
- Selfmotivated with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work remotely.
