Job Description
Job Title: Pod Manager
Schedule: 9 5 EST / Mf Fulltime (40 hours per week)
Location: Remote (latam SA)
Salary: $1200 $1500 USD per month
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Pod Manager to lead a team of chat agents and oversee all aspects of a creator's chat activity on fansites (such as OnlyFans or Fanly). In this senior role you will be responsible for ensuring smooth workflows maintaining client satisfaction and meeting the expectations of the creator and the business. You will also ensure that the tone and style of communication align with the creator’s persona while managing and mentoring a team of chat agents.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of chat agents overseeing their daytoday activities and performance.
- Ensure the team is aligned with the creator’s tone style and brand when engaging with clients.
- Monitor and evaluate chat interactions to maintain highquality communication and customer satisfaction.
- Handle any escalated client issues ensuring resolutions meet the creator's standards.
- Ensure that promises and commitments made by the business to the creator are fulfilled.
- Optimize workflows to ensure efficiency consistency and seamless communication.
- Track performance metrics provide feedback and implement improvements to increase productivity.
- Assist with recruitment training and development of chat agents.
- Work closely with the creator and other departments to ensure alignment on strategies and objectives.
- Comfortably manage adultthemed content and discussions in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Strong written English skills with the ability to emulate and maintain a creator’s tone and personality.
- Proven experience in team management or leadership preferably in a customer service or content moderation setting.
- Comfort and professionalism in working with adultthemed content.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Reliable internet connection and the tools necessary for remote work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team management and client relations.
