Job Description
The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage supports the Director in overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional service quality and efficiency. This role involves assisting in strategic planning managing daytoday operations supervising staff and maintaining inventory and budget controls. The Assistant Director collaborates with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and adherence to health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the F&B Director in managing operations across all food and beverage outlets.
- Supervise train and motivate F&B staff to ensure highquality service.
- Help develop and implement menus pricing and promotional strategies.
- Monitor inventory supplier relations and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and quality standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in F&B management or hospitality.
- Strong leadership organizational and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations budgeting and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
