Job Description
We are seeking an innovative and detailoriented Marcom Manager to join our dynamic team in Pune India. As a key member of our marketing and communications department you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing and communication strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Manage and optimize all digital marketing channels including social media email marketing and content creation
- Lead SEO and PPC campaigns to improve online visibility and drive website traffic
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives for products services and events
- Analyze campaign performance and provide datadriven insights to inform future strategies
- Oversee brand management and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including media partners and industry influencers
- Create compelling content for various platforms showcasing our products and services
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
- 35 years of experience in marketing and communications preferably in a corporate setting
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools analytics platforms and social media management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a passion for storytelling
- Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and ability to translate complex ideas into compelling content
- Demonstrated experience in brand management and development
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
- Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Familiarity with the local market in Pune and Indian business culture is advantageous
