We are seeking an organized and efficient Engineering Admin Coordinator to join our team in Doha Qatar. In this role you will provide crucial administrative support to our engineering department ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across various projects.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings conferences and appointments for the engineering team
- Manage and maintain engineering documentation including reports drawings and specifications
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for engineering projects
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients vendors and internal departments
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval of information
- Process expense reports and handle basic accounting tasks related to the engineering department
- Act as a liaison between the engineering department and other departments within the organization
- Support the engineering team in various administrative tasks to ensure project deadlines are met
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field (preferred)
- 23 years of administrative experience preferably in an engineering or technical environment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of engineering terminology and processes
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Adaptability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Familiarity with engineering documentation and project management tools is a plus
