Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our dynamic team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinary professional looking to step into a leadership role and help guide a talented team of veterinary professionals. Salary:per annum (including allowances)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Fulltime Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Mentorship: Oversee and mentor the veterinary team providing guidance and fostering an environment of continuous improvement.
- Clinical Management: Ensure high standards of clinical practice ensuring that best practices are adhered to across the team.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other senior team members to ensure smooth operational flow and maintain a high level of client care.
- Client Relationships: Build and nurture longlasting relationships with clients providing outstanding care and delivering goldstandard services.
- Clinical Governance: Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and the effective management of resources to deliver efficient and effective care.
